Preventive Health Care-Free Health Check-up Camp for the benefit of Senior Citizens, Women and Children, Residents of the Co-operative Group Housing Societies Financed by the DCHFC.

    
Dear Members,
    

    We are pleased to inform that as a part of social commitment, the Board of Directors of Delhi Co-operative Housing Finance Corporation Ltd. has launched a scheme of Free Health Check-up Camps as a part of Preventive Health Care Programme for Senior Citizens, Women and Children. The First Camp was organised in Ekta Gardens of Ekta Vihar CO-operative Group Housing Society Ltd., 9, I.P. Patparganj, Extension, (Mother Dairy Complex), Delhi - 110092 on 8th July, 2001 (Sunday). This programme was inaugurated by Hon'ble Chief Minister Smt. Sheila Dikshit. Eighteen societies of the area who had raised loans from the Delhi Co-operative Housing Finance Corporation Ltd., their residents and members availed of the facility of Free Health Check-up Camp totaling to over 500 beneficiaries.

    

    Based on the experience of the camp it has been decided to approach you to motivate Senior Citizens, Women and Children to avail benefit of this programme. Their details may be collected on the basis of the data available with you, you will be provided Health cards for Senior Citizens, Women and Children of the different colours for forth-coming Health Camp which will be organized in your area. Once this is done the doctor will visit the area to have a preliminary check-up and identify the type and nature of the disease or ailment, the treatment required so that the Specialists of the same field are arranged. Time and date of the venue would be intimated to you in the due course. All the expenditure incurred in organizing the camp would be borne by the DCHFC. Therefore, once again we request you to kindly make sincere effort to identify the beneficiaries and cooperate in their preliminary check-up as and when done.
